These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Can Man Co.website and trash can and dumpster cleaning services ("Services"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a cleaning, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Can Man Co. provides residential and commercial trash can and dumpster cleaning services in the Dallas to Fort Worth area.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Creating an account
To book services and access the customer portal, you may need to create an account and provide accurate contact and service information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Ensuring your information (address, trash day, phone, email) stays up to date.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.
4. Services and scheduling
- We clean residential trash cans and commercial dumpsters in line with the plan or quote you select.
- Residential plans (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, one-time) are billed per cleaning; we visit on the agreed schedule and charge only after each completed cleaning.
- Service dates are typically scheduled for the day after your regular trash pickup, subject to weather, access, and route availability.
You agree to:
- Place cans and dumpsters where our crew can safely access them.
- Ensure cans are empty and not overloaded with loose debris or hazardous materials.
- Provide safe access to the property (no aggressive animals, blocked gates, etc.).
We reserve the right to skip or reschedule a service if conditions are unsafe or access is blocked.
5. Pricing, billing, and payments
- Current residential pricing is displayed on our website. Commercial and HOA pricing is provided via custom quotes.
- Unless otherwise stated, prices are per cleaning and do not include taxes or additional fees for extra cans or special conditions.
- We typically collect and store a payment method in advance using our payment processor, but we only charge after each cleaning is completed or as specified in your commercial agreement.
- You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for completed services and any agreed add-ons.
If a charge is declined or payment fails:
- We may temporarily pause services until payment is resolved.
- We may ask you to update your payment method via the customer portal.
6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Residential customers
- You may cancel or reschedule a visit through the customer portal or by contacting us before the scheduled service window.
- If you repeatedly cancel at the last minute or block access to your cans, we may charge a reasonable service or trip fee.
- If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work with you to re-clean the cans or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Commercial, HOA, and apartments
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may be set out in your written service agreement or quote. Where not specified, we will apply reasonable notice periods and fees.

- Certain stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed. We do not guarantee that containers will look brand new.
